Found Presences is a collection of sculptures carved from wood gathered directly from the shores of the Lech River and the surrounding local forests. Just like the paintings, these three-dimensional figures and faces represent the hidden, organic spirits of the landscape. They are a tactile extension of the series, turning dead matter from the forest floor into living testimonies of connection.
